Christina Anderson leverages over 15 years of experience to attract and retain the most talented employees to the T-System family. She excels at solving complex problems involving recruitment, employee relations, employment law, training, succession planning, payroll, compensation and benefits administration.
Prior to joining T-System, Christina managed and oversaw human resources activities for over 1,200 corporate employees while partnering with regional peers responsible for over 13,000 field-based employees across the country for CompUSA. In this role, she successfully redesigned and implemented optimized processes in recruitment and retention to reduce attrition and cost. In addition, Christina brings deep experience in her field from other leading companies including Brinks Home Security and Cogent Services Corporation. Active in several professional and philanthropic organizations, she is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, Dallas Human Resources Society and North Texas board of directors for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. With a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M, Christina is a certified Development Dimensions International facilitator and was a finalist for the 2008 North Dallas Chamber of Commerce Human Resources Professional of the Year. |
