Mark Horner guides all client services activities for T-System’s electronic clients, including the day-to-day client relationships, client support and services, software upgrades, new client implementations, as well as the education and training that our clients rely on to derive maximum value from our solutions.
Mark has over 25 years of experience in healthcare IT service operations, including twelve years at various health systems, ten years providing consulting services at Cerner Corporation and several years in the senior living services arena, most recently as the senior vice president of operations for Sears Methodist Retirement System. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Dallas. |
