T-System Technologies, Ltd. announced commercial release of
T-SystemEV Version 2.2 today, which includes a number of important new features that offer significant enhancements in functionality for all users of the highly successful EDIS.
"Version 2.2 includes numerous refinements to the software's existing features
as well as some 'wish list' items our clients told us they wanted," says
Rob Langdon, M.D.,
T-System CEO. "It offers improved patient tracking and
reporting, auto-faxing capabilities, and lab system integration that allows
users to view and incorporate lab results directly into the patient record."
Clients using
T-SystemEV 2.2 will also benefit from improved technical
support tools and enhanced security features.
The new software's release follows several months of Beta and pilot testing
as well as completion of a successful QA analysis. Upgrades to
T-SystemEV 2.2
for current clients are being scheduled. Clients currently using
a version of
T-SystemEV below 2.0 which have contracted for Nurses Notes
will have the opportunity to be scheduled first followed by those that
are adding the Nurses Notes module. "Our goal is to have all current
T-SystemEV
clients upgraded this year," says Dr. Langdon. He adds, "The new feature
list is a long one and I think clients will really appreciate the improved
functionality and efficiency of the system. From the beginning,
T-System
services have been developed based on client input and feedback.
T-SystemEV
2.2 is no different."
