T-SystemEV's CPOE module and the introduction of its VAMP features drew strong interest from attendees of PaACEP's 2004 National Symposium on Emergency Department Information Systems. This year's theme: "How to Computerize Your E.D. the Right Way."
T-System's exhibit booth stayed busy for the entire conference offering demonstrations of
T-SystemEV's CPOE module and the unveiling of VAMP, (Vitals, Allergies, Medications and Problem List) a new feature that allows users to enter and retrieve triage related information more easily than ever before.
T-System representatives participated in other events as well. Dr. Tom Ward offered his insight as part of the Panel on Charting and Tracking Systems while Dr. Maureen Anderson and Jamie Matthews presented a live real-time charting demo of
T-SystemEV's physican and nurse charting modules alongside other EDIS products.
In addition,
T-System was proud to continue its support of PaACEP's EDIS Symposium with a $5000 educational grant.
"This is always an exciting meeting for us," says Dr. Rob Langdon,
T-System CEO. "We're able to showcase
T-SystemEV's latest advancements to an audience of decision makers with a specific focus on the ED." He adds, "We also get a lot of feedback from clients and prospects about EDIS features that drive this market."
