Documentation and Reimbursement Services (DRS) performs coding reviews for T SystemEV clients before, during, and after
implementation. They are an excellent resource in educating clients on the many opportunities for increasing
reimbursement as it relates to documentation, coding, and billing issues.

| Implementation |
- Conduct online training sessions with coders, providers and billing staff to demonstrate the unique format and features of T-System products
- Review and coordinate documentation needs and customizations to meet current CMS and compliance guidelines
- Provide Evaluation and Management (E&M)/CPT training for all coders
- Identify and address documentation workflow issues
- Work with outside billing services - if applicable

| Post-Implementation |
- Perform documentation reviews after 60-90 days of usage with written analysis for each provider
- Continue educational assistance to support ongoing documentation and reimbursement benefits
- Conduct online training sessions for new users or staffing groups
- Provide consultative services and back-up for product related claim denials
