T-System Project Management is tailored to meet client needs and assists with
managing the overall implementation process of T SystemEV so facility physicians and
nurses can benefit from their new EDIS as efficiently as possible.

- Discovery - Identify and prioritize client's technical and clinical requirements
- Documentation - Clarify project objectives
- Development - Create client's custom features
- Deployment - Implement T SystemEV

| Deployment Team |
|
The deployment team consists of key members from both T-System and the client site dedicated to the
implementation initiative. Team members include the Engagement Leader, physicians, nurses, coding
specialists, and technical experts who provide meticulous support throughout the implementation process.

| Project Services |
|
Project Services manages the ongoing business relationship with the client after implementation and serves
as the client voice within T-System. Each client facility is provided access to an Account Manager to ensure
a continuous and streamlined communication process. Their key functions are to:
|
- Maintain an open and efficient communication pathway between the appropriate contacts of the client facility and T-System
- Notify the client of the status of requests and timelines for completion
- Disseminate knowledge to client facilities regarding new product releases, upgrades, and development milestones as they become commercially available
