As hundreds of medical personnel from the United States and other countries rush to Haiti to provide medical care following this week’s devastating earthquake, T-System is providing clinical documentation templates AT NO CHARGE to assist medical staff in their treatment efforts.

Available for free download are trauma documentation templates for both adult and pediatric use. Additionally, bilingual (French/English) triage and medical history questionnaires are available to help reduce the treatment time required for each patient by minimizing language barriers.

You need not be a customer of T-System to utilize these tools. The templates are being provided as a free service to all healthcare providers who are providing emergency care in Haiti. To download, simply click the links below.
