T-System provides template customizations and updates to ensure that the layout meets your needs.
The charting solution is prepared specifically for your site, based on consultation with your
emergency physicians, medical records personnel, coders and other ED staff. Template updates
and customizations support your quality improvement program, evolving community practices,
changing third-party payer policies and changing CMS regulations.

My T System provides clients with Internet access to their master templates at all times.
This can be a very valuable and instantaneous resource when template stock needs to be updated
or printed for the ED.

| Implementation and Training |
T-System's templates are easy-to-use and positively impact workflow and results after comprehensive user
training. Training Services provides site-specific training, education and consultation for a smooth transition
to template-based documentation. In addition, site follow-up and evaluation contribute to continued competency
and optimal functionality.
Participants for training include: physicians, mid-levels, nurses, coders, medical records, and office managers.
Training formats last approximately one hour and include:
- Onsite training in the classroom
- Live web-based (WebEx™) session
- Conference calls
The objectives of the Training program are to:
- Identify the advantages of template charting
- Understand appropriate template usage and shelving unit organization
- Correctly document using T-System's unique marking conventions and methods
- Manage multiple complaints and exceptional patient scenarios
- Learn techniques to improve workflow efficiency

| Documentation and Reimbursement Services (DRS) |
DRS provides valuable services designed to educate T-System clients on opportunities to increase
reimbursement related to documentation, coding and billing. Each phase of implementation, as outlined
below, includes strategic guidance by experienced T-System professionals in order for clients to
achieve optimal benefits.
Implementation:
- Conduct online training sessions with coders, providers and billing staff to demonstrate T System's format and features
- Review and coordinate documentation needs and customizations to meet current CMS and compliance guidelines
- Provide Evaluation and Management (E&M)/CPT training for all coders
- Identify and address documentation workflow issues
- Work with outside billing services - if applicable
Post-Implementation:
- Perform documentation reviews after 60-90 days of usage with written analysis for each provider
- Continue educational assistance to support ongoing documentation and reimbursement benefits
- Conduct online training sessions for new users or staffing groups
- Provide consultative services and back-up for product related claim denials
