Who can download the Flu T-Sheets?

Any healthcare provider can download and reproduce the templates, free of charge. By clicking on the links for the templates, you imply acceptance of our terms and conditions.

What elements are required?

There are no required elements for documentation. The primary purpose of the T-Sheets is to provide point-of-care guidance based on current CDC guidelines. Updates to the templates are ongoing.

What if I use T SystemEV?

You may use the Flu T-Sheets either as a reference or worksheet

What if I have suggestions for the flu T-Sheet?

Please let us know! This is a dynamic process, and we are constantly updating the documents. Your feedback is welcome and should be submitted to info@tsystem.com.

Should I throw away my #30 “Fever/Flu” T-Sheets?

We do not recommend throwing away your site specific T-Sheets. We will undoubtedly update the prototype following the H1N1 alert.

Why don’t we have order sets for all the templates?

Order Sets are a new offering from T-System, and we are currently developing more. For more information, please e-mail us at info@tsystem.com.

Can I get my customizations incorporated in the H1N1 A (Swine) Flu templates?

Given the dynamic and time sensitive nature of these T-Sheets, we request that the tools be used as is. Site specific customizations are not available at this time.

We recommend the following solutions at this time to support your documentation needs:

• Downloading updates as a resource while continuing to use your current adult “fever / flu” or “pedi- illness” T-Sheets to document patients presenting with possible influenza.

Or

• Allow the temporary use of “non-standard” documentation during the remainder of the Swine Flu Alert.

Although neither of these solutions are optimal, site specific customizations would be prohibitive during this phase of the H1N1 (Swine Flu) pandemic. We greatly appreciate your understanding and support.
