The Product Management team manages software customizations and revisions. The Clinical Content team handles client-specific clinical content requests within the Product Management team. T-System recommends the client use the software for several months before making customization requests in order for the client to comprehensively understand the templates and feature set prior to specifying customizations.
- Site-specific customization of the transfer hospital, admission and observation areas is included in licensing fee
- Additional clinical content customizations may be provided for a fee and are handled on a client request basis
