Documentation and Reimbursement Services (DRS) provides valuable services for T-System clients. These services educate users of T-Sheets about opportunities to increase reimbursement related to documentation, coding and billing. Each phase of implementation includes strategic guidance by experienced T-System professionals in order for clients to achieve optimal benefits.

Implementation
- Conduct online training sessions with coders, providers and billing staff to demonstrate the unique format and features of T-System products
- Review and coordinate documentation needs and customizations to meet current CMS and compliance guidelines
- Provide Evaluation and Management (E&M)/CPT® training for all coders
- Identify and address documentation workflow issues
- Work with outside billing services - if applicable

Post Implementation
- Perform documentation reviews after 60-90 days of usage with written analysis for each provider
- Continue educational assistance to support ongoing documentation and reimbursement benefits
- Conduct online training sessions for new users or staffing groups
- Provide consultative services and back-up for product related claim denials
