T SystemEV Support
Technical Services provides dedicated support during T-SystemEV implementation and remote round-the-clock technical support for licensed modules thereafter.
The T-SystemEV has a combined uptime of 99.99 percent, measured by the length of time T-SystemEV has run without downtime caused by T-SystemEV software issues.
Account Management
Project Services manages the ongoing business relationship with the client after implementation and serves as the client voice within T-System. Each client facility is provided access to a T-System Account Manager to ensure a continuous and streamlined communication process. Their key functions are to:
- Maintain an open and efficient communication pathway between the appropriate contacts of the client facility and T-System
- Notify the client of the status of requests and timelines for completion
- Disseminate knowledge to client facilities regarding new product releases, upgrades, and development milestones as they become commercially available
Notice of End of Product Lifecycle For T-Scan/T-Scan Viewer and T-Printer Software Products
As of Dec 31, 2004, all software development for T-Scan and T-Printer has ceased. T-System will discontinue support for the T-Scan and T-Printer products on Dec 31, 2005.

Replacing T-Printer with Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) images: Our Template Services Department now delivers templates in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), eliminating the need for T-Printer. If you have not received your templates in PDF format, please contact the Template Services Department at (800) 667-2482 to initiate a request.
