Access the EV™ Support Center (Service Cloud) system to:
- Submit a new support case
- Track the status of a case
- Request an enhancement to EV
- Request a technical service
- Request an upgrade or information on the latest software version
- Request a consulting service
- You must be a designated system administrator to access this system.
- It will require a username and password.
- If you do not have access, please route any requests through one of your facility’s designated administrators.
- If you do not know who your system administrator is, please contact your
T-System Account Executive.
