When the nurse documents medications from within a thrombolitics flowsheet (Thrombolytics for MI or Thrombolytics for Stroke), the medication note now has thrombolitics on the Note Context drop-down menu. Selecting the thrombolitics context causes those medications to appear in the flowsheet section of the clinical report. This course briefly demonstrates the documentation steps and outcome.
We finish our EV Intelligence series with the Department Operations bundle. This report bundle focuses on patient throughput, documentation deficiencies, patient logs, HIM work list and more.
